Your domain is blocked by WatchGuard Technologies

Earlier I was using public WiFi at a library and found I could not access any properties due to content blocking rules.

If I had to guess, I’d suspect the *.cc domain is a factor, but I can only speculate. Not sure if anyone will want to follow up regarding possibly unblocking the domain, but figured it was at least worth bringing to your attention.

Here is the text from the blocking page:

Request denied by WatchGuard HTTP Proxy.

Reason: Category ‘Suspicious Content’ denied by WebBlocker policy ‘PublicWiFi_WebBlocker’.

Well, you know all the smut we talk about here. I mean, it’s downright filthy! And those scandalous pictures of naked circuit boards! Oh heavens!

Not to mention all of the penetration testing discussions!
