Did anyone else sign up for this? How are you planning to wire yours up?
I signed up for this and recieved my dev copy. I plan on using it as a tool to work on electrical vehicle components outside of vehicles and further down the road as a controller or ecu for the devices.
Yep, I got the underhood model as well, mostly because the car I plan on using (2016 Civic) has the more interesting buses separate from the OBDII port.

I purchased the underhood one because it seems more flexible, for using it with the other buses (as @dohmez and @brianbri6 mentioned) and for hard wiring it in eventually.
