M2 UTD not receiving any data from vehicle

Hi All,

My M2 UTD is not recieving any data from the vehicle. However, I can try the USB fuzzing using SavvyCan and it works okay. Is there any way to find out if the port connects to OBD 2 is damaged? If it is damanged, can I exchagne it? I bought it in last October.

I have also another M2 UTH which I am not using. I am also willing to change it with a M2 UTD if anyone interested.

First of all, you need to tell us what vehicle you are using and where it is connected to.

Have you read other similar threads as this issue has been addressed atleast once?

I have found that the car’s OBD 2 port was broken and I have asked an mechanic to fix it. Now, I can send/receive the data I want.
